Cross-Motions Denied By Washington Federal Judge In Patent Dispute

SEATTLE - Microsoft Corp. and Motorola Inc. were denied summary judgment on June 6 by a Washington federal judge, clearing the way for a trial on allegations that Motorola failed to fairly license patents related to video streaming and other wi-fi technology (Microsoft Corp. v.
