Labor Board Announces Newspaper Will Settle Layoff Dispute For More Than $800,000

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Times Union of Albany will settle a labor dispute by reinstating three employees and paying more than $800,000 in back pay and interest to 11 employees who were laid off in fall 2009, the National Labor Relations Board announced July 13.
