Federal Judge Rules Class Action Against Kodak's Executives Lacks Evidence

NEW YORK - A federal judge in New York on Nov. 8 dismissed a class action filed by purchasers of securities in bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co., ruling that there was no evidence that Kodak's executives knowingly misled the class about their plans to file for bankruptcy (Timothy A.
