Federal Judge Finds For Insured In Coverage Dispute Over Instant Milk Recall

MINNEAPOLIS - The recall of instant milk was an occurrence under a commercial general liability insurance policy, a Minnesota federal senior judge ruled Jan. 8, granting summary judgment in favor of an insured in a coverage dispute stemming from the recall (The Netherlands Insurance Company v. Main Street Ingredients, LLC, et al., No. 11-533, D. Minn.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2685).
