Michigan Judge Won't Reconsider Ruling In Copyright, Trade Dress Case

DETROIT - A previous denial of a plaintiff's motion for leave to amend its copyright and trade dress infringement complaint will not be revisited, thanks to a Jan. 22 ruling by a Michigan federal judge (Mertik Maxitrol GMBH & Co. KG et al. v. Honeywell International Inc., No. 10-12257, E.D. Mich.).
