No Coverage For Claims Insured Infected 3rd Party With HIV, 8th Circuit Affirms

ST. LOUIS - Coverage for underlying claims that an insured infected a third party with HIV is barred by a homeowners insurance policy's abuse and communicable disease exclusions, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held Feb. 11 (Brent Lambi v. American Family Mutual Insurance Company, No. 12-2453, 8th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 2806).
