Judge: Provision In Credit Agreement Requires Claims To Be Arbitrated

TRENTON, N.J. - A federal judge in New Jersey on Feb. 19 granted a credit company's motion to compel arbitration in a line of credit action, ruling that the arbitration provision in the credit agreement requires all claims to proceed to arbitration (Michele Tantillo v. Citifinancial Retail Services Inc., No. 12-511, D. N.J.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21832).
