Bayer Wins Summary Judgment In False Vitamin Benefits Case

SAN DIEGO - A federal judge in California on April 10 excluded some plaintiff expert testimony and granted summary judgment to Bayer defendants in a class action alleging that the companies made false and deceptive advertising claims regarding the prostate health benefits of its men's vitamins (David Johns and Marc Bordman v. Bayer Corp., et al., No. 09cv1935 AJB $(DHB$), S.D. Calif.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 51823).
