NEW YORK - Co-worker testimony suggests that a car inspector suffered asbestos exposure during the course of his work but never identifies a defendant as the manufacturer of the brake shoes in question, a New York justice held in an opinion posted April 17 (Muriel Rollock, as administratrix of the estate of Donald Rollock v. 3M Co., et al., No. 105851/07, N.Y.
