Judge Refuses To Dismiss Breach Of Contract Claim In Discrimination Coverage Suit

CAMDEN, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on April 22 denied an insurer's motion to dismiss a breach of contract claim in an insured's lawsuit seeking coverage for an underlying gender discrimination lawsuit brought by a former employee but granted the insurer's motion to dismiss the insured's claim for declaratory judgment (Regal-Pinnacle Integrations Industries Inc. v. PIIC, No. 12-5465, D. N.J.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 56941).
