CHICAGO - The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on April 23 ordered a trial court to provide additional interim injunctive relief sought by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on behalf of blood collection specialists whose employer made employment changes without first bargaining with the employees' union (Claude T. Harrell, Jr., et al. v. American Red Cross, et al., Nos. 12-1264 and 12-1362, 7th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 8114).
