Georgia Appeals Panel Upholds Ruling In Construction Contract Dispute

ATLANTA - The Georgia Court of Appeals on June 5 upheld summary judgment for the defendant in an action alleging that defective materials testing cost a paving company future construction contracts, basing its ruling on the doctrine of collateral estoppel (Coffee Iron Works, et al. v. QORE Inc., No. A13A0613, Ga. App., 4th Div.; 2013 Ga. App. LEXIS 466).
