Kentucky Appeals Panel Affirms Award For Couple In Construction Contract Case

FRANKFORT, Ky. - The Kentucky Court of Appeals on June 7 upheld an award for homeowners involved in a construction contract dispute with a builder, ruling that the trial court was justified in its conclusion that the homeowners were owed damages for the construction company's failure to abide by the contract (LCH Properties LLC v. Marcus Fannin, et al., No. 2011-CA-001993-MR, Ky. App.; 2013 Ky. App. Unpub. LEXIS 453).
