PHOENIX - An Arizona federal judge on June 12 concluded that a man injured in an on-the-job fall sufficiently pleaded facts to support his claim that his workers' compensation provider's adjuster aided and abetted the insurer's purported bad faith actions, denying the adjuster's motion to dismiss (Joseph R. Inman v. Wesco Insurance Co., et al., No. 2:12-cv-02518, D. Ariz.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 82558).
