Former D.C. Police Commander's Race, Gender Bias Claims Reinstated

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on June 21 reinstated a former police department commander's race and gender bias claims, finding sufficient evidence of both for the claims to go before a jury (Evelyn Primas v. District of Columbia, et al., No. 12-7078, D.C. Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 12722).
