Trial Court Did Not Err In Occurrence Ruling, Alabama High Court Says

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - A trial court did not err in determining that polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contamination at several of an insured's manufactured gas plants constitutes one occurrence, the majority of the Alabama Supreme Court said June 28 (Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London, and Certain London Market Insurance Cos. v. Southern Natural Gas Co., No. 1110769, Ala. Sup.).
