Expert OK To Opine About Drug Dealer's Wire Detector, 8th Circuit Concludes

ST. LOUIS - A trial court properly allowed a narcotics expert to state that using video surveillance and a radio frequency detector fit the modus operandi of drug traffickers, an Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel held June 28 (United States of America v. Terry L. Schwarck, No. 12-2054, 8th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 13297).
