State Court Affirms Denial Of Woman's Request For Limits On Greenhouse Gases

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court panel on July 3 upheld the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) denial of a woman's request to have the state impose restrictions on emission of greenhouse gases by 6 percent per year, finding that she has not exhausted all of her administrative remedies (Ashley Funk v. Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, No. 713 M.D. 2012, 2013 Pa. Commw. LEXIS 235).
