ST. PAUL, Minn. - A Minnesota appeals court on July 8 affirmed a trial court's decision that terminated a tenant's lease agreement and awarded rent escrow, finding that a landlord had proper notice of mold contamination and other problems with the property (Brooke Ryan Dean v. Carla B. Paul, No. A12-2120, Minn. App.; 2013 Minn. App. Unpub. LEXIS 620).
