ATLANTA - The Georgia Court of Appeals on July 15 granted summary judgment for the defendant in a premises liability action, ruling that the evidence did not demonstrate that a property owner exposed visitors to any unreasonable risk of harm (Season All Flower Shop Inc. v. Vera Rorie, et al., No. A13A0114, Ga. App., 1st Div.; 2013 Ga. App. LEXIS 630).
