California Panel Finds Evidence Of Man's Asbestos Exposure Lacking

LOS ANGELES - While a gauge on a U.S. Navy ship may have contained an asbestos-containing gasket, there is no evidence that a man ever worked on that part of the device nor witnessed anyone else doing so, a California appeals panel held July 15 (Mary Lee, et al. v. Clark Reliance Corp., No. B241656, Calif. App., 2nd Dist, Div. 3; 2013 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 4914).
