Pennsylvania Utility To Pay $500,000 Settlement Over Fatal Gas Explosion

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) announced July 16 that a $500,000 settlement has been reached as part of an investigation into a 2011 gas explosion that killed a utility worker (Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement v. Philadelphia Gas Works, PUC Docket No. C-2011-2278312).
