Yahoo's Motion To Unseal NSA Documents Granted By Surveillance Court

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A judge in the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) on July 15 granted a motion by Yahoo! Inc. to make public certain records related to the National Security Agency's data collection and monitoring activities that were recently made public (In Re Directives Pursuant to Section 105B of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, No. 105B$(g$) 07-01, FISC).
