Judge Grants Arbitrator's Motion To Quash Subpoena, Refuses To Compel Discovery

NEW YORK - A New York federal judge on Aug. 9 refused to issue sanctions or to compel discovery in a case filed by an attorney against another attorney in relation to underlying arbitration cases and granted a motion to quash a subpoena served on an arbitrator in two of the disputes (Angie Joan Manolis v. Daniel Brecher, No. 11-2750, S.D. N.Y.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 112686).
