Tennessee Appeals Panel Upholds Decision For Restaurant In Injury Case

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Court of Appeals on Aug. 13 affirmed summary judgment for a restaurant named as the defendant in a premises liability action, concluding that a ramp outside the property where a woman allegedly was injured was not dangerous (Karen Grady, et al. v. Summit Food Corp., No. M2012-02493-COA-R3-CV, Tenn. App.; 2013 Tenn. App. LEXIS 530).
