Judge Names Special Master, Sets US Airways, American Antitrust Trial For Nov. 25

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The federal judge presiding over the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) antitrust lawsuit against US Airways Inc. and American Airlines Inc. on Sept. 4 appointed a special master to oversee discovery matters and scheduled the first day of trial for Nov. 25 (United States of America v. US Airways Inc., et al., No. 13-01236, D. D.C.).
