Panel Reduces Insurance Broker's Amount Of Interest On Costs In Trade Secrets Suit

SAN FRANCISCO - A California appeals panel on Sept. 9 limited the amount an insurance broker is allowed to recover in interest paid on borrowed funds as a cost of a successful appeal in a trade secrets lawsuit filed by another broker (Andreini & Co. v. MacCorkle Insurance Service Inc., et al., No. A133473, Calif. App., 1st Dist., Div. 2; 2013 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 6404).
