3rd Circuit: Police Officer Failed To Prove Work Environment Was Hostile

PHILADELPHIA - The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 12 ruled that a federal trial court properly found that an Atlantic City, N.J., police officer's claim that she was forced to work in a hostile work environment was not sufficiently supported by her evidence (Heidi Clayton v. City of Atlantic City, et al., No. 12-4273, 3rd Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 18916).
