Judge Strikes Objector To Hydroxycut Class Settlement As Not Credible

SAN DIEGO - A California federal judge on Sept. 17 said a woman who objected to the $25.3 million Hydroxycut class action settlement is not a credible class member and struck her objection to the settlement (In Re: Hydroxycut Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2087, No. 3:09-md-2087, Andrew Dremak, et al. v. Iovate Health Sciences Group, Inc., et al., No. 09-1088, S.D. Calif.).
