Ohio Appeals Panel Upholds Defense Verdict In Personal Injury Case

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Sixth District Ohio Court of Appeals on Sept. 20 affirmed a defense verdict in a personal injury action involving a man who claimed to have been injured during a grain silo collapse, agreeing that the trial court did not err by denying the plaintiff's proposed jury instruction (Donald Simpson v. Stieber Bros. Inc., et al., No. H-12-012, Ohio App., 6th Dist.; 2013 Ohio App. LEXIS 4272).
