11th Circuit: Custodial Employees Failed To Prove Claims Of Racial Bias

ATLANTA - The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 24 upheld a trial court's ruling that nonmanagerial school district employees failed to show that their race was the reason they were denied access to a superior retirement plan (Carlton Brantley, et al. v. Muscogee County School District, et al., No. 12-16099, 11th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 19502).
