Parish's Claims Barred Under Professional Liability Exclusion, Federal Judge Rules

NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana parish's underlying claims against an insured arising from the design of a performing arts center are unambiguously excluded from coverage under a professional liability policy exclusion, a Louisiana federal judge ruled Sept. 26 (Wisznia Company Inc. v. General Star Indemnity Co., No. 11-2657 SECTION "L"$(3$), E.D. La.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 139451).
