Saab, Dutch Owner, Say $3B Claim Against General Motors For Interference Is Valid

CINCINNATI - Bankrupt Saab Automobiles AB and its Dutch owner, Spyker NV, on Oct. 1 filed a brief in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals arguing that its $3 billion damages claim against General Motors Co. (GM) is valid and that a district court erred in ruling that GM had not tortiously interfered with the car companies' business opportunity (Saab Automobile AB, et al. v. General Motors Company, No. 13-1899, 6th Cir.).
