Australian Judge Refuses To Review Previous Order In Environmental Action

SYDNEY, Australia - An Australian judge on Oct. 3 dismissed a motion filed by a company and its owner to set aside or amend an order that was issued in a case filed by a city council and others regarding allegations that they illegally dumped asbestos-containing materials on a property, finding that the defendants submitted no evidence to support a decision to revisit previous court rulings (Wollondilly Shire Council v. Foxman Environmental Development Services Pty Ltd., ($(No 8$) $(2013$) NSWLEC 168, New South Wales Land and Env. Co.).
