BOSTON - The Tennessee attorney general on Oct. 7 told a federal multidistrict litigation court that he wants to intervene in a fungal meningitis injury case that seeks a declaratory judgment that the state's statutory caps on damages are unconstitutional (In Re: New England Compounding Pharmacy, Inc., Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1:13-md-2419, Robert Scott Hester, et al. v.
