Texas Couple Ask Federal Judge To Reinstate Class Suit Over Delayed Flights

CHICAGO - A Texas couple on Oct. 10 moved for an Illinois federal judge to reconsider the dismissal of their class action suit accusing Continental Airlines Inc. and United Continental Holdings Inc. (collectively, Continental) of violating a European Union regulation requiring airlines to pay a set amount of compensation for certain delayed or cancelled flights (Andres Lozano, et al. v. United Continental Holdings, Inc., et al., No. 11-8258, N.D. Ill.).
