RALEIGH, N.C. - The North Carolina Court of Appeals on Oct. 15 dismissed an appeal filed by a third-party defendant in a construction defects action, ruling that the subcontractor was not harmed by the trial court allowing the third-party plaintiff to amend its complaint (Skanska USA Building Inc. v. Blythe Development Co., No. COA13-314, N.C. App.; 2013 N.C. App. LEXIS 1050).
