Panel: Psychic's Claims Against Former Partner Were Not 'First Made' Under Policy

ATLANTA - The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 22 affirmed a lower court's ruling that a professional liability insurer has no duty to provide coverage for attorney fees and expenses incurred by a "psychic" hotline provider insured in defending a federal lawsuit brought by its former business partner (The Zodiac Group Inc., et al. v. Axis Surplus Insurance Co., No. 13-10941, 11th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 21370).
