Colorado Appeals Panel: Arbitration Proper For Construction Defects Case

DENVER - In a 2-1 decision, the Colorado Court of Appeals on Nov. 7 affirmed a trial court's decision to dismiss a construction defects action filed by a condominium association, agreeing that the parties were bound by an arbitration agreement (The Triple Crown at Observatory Village Association Inc. v. Village Homes of Colorado Inc., No. 13CA1390, Colo. App.; 2013 Colo. App. LEXIS 1742).
