New York Court Finds Mold / Causation Testimony Must Be Excluded

NEW YORK - A New York court on Nov. 12 reversed a decision that refused to preclude expert testimony on causation submitted by a tenant, finding that without the testimony, he could not show that his personal injuries were caused by mold (Mark Lindkvist v. Travelers Insurance, et al., No. 11019 103353, N.Y. Sup., App. Div., 1st Dept.; 2013 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 7388).
