SEATTLE - The Division I Washington Court of Appeals on Nov. 18 upheld summary judgment for a home builder in a construction defects case, agreeing with the trial court that the plaintiff failed to present competent evidence to support the elements of the claims alleged in his complaint (Dean Curry v. Viking Homes Inc., No. 69155-4-I, Wash. App., Div. 1; 2013 Wash. App. LEXIS 2674).
