Ohio EPA Says Kodak Is Liable For More Than $14.63 Million

NEW YORK - The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) on Dec. 10 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, contending that its two claims, which together are worth $14,638,872, should be permitted in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Eastman Kodak Co. (IN Re: Eastman Kodak Company, No. 12-10202, Chapter 11, S.D. N.Y. Bkcy.).
