Parent For Eateries 'Champps' And 'Fox & Hound' Files For Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

WILMINGTON, Del. - F&H Acquisition Corp., the parent company for restaurants carrying the names "Fox & Hound" and "Champps," filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Dec. 15, citing debts of $119.4 million (In Re: F&H Acquisition Corp., No. 13-13220, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
