COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Court of Appeals on Jan. 8 overturned a $7.7 million construction defects verdict, concluding that the trial court erred by not allowing the defendant's expert witness to give opinions regarding allegedly defective stucco at a condo complex (Mark F. Teseniar, et al. v. Professional Plastering & Stucco Inc., No. 5188, S.C. App.; 2014 S.C. App. LEXIS 3).
