Panel Upholds Dismissal Of Insurance Agent's Breach Of Contract, Fraud Claims

CINCINNATI - An insurance agent and his agency's claims for breach of contract, fraud and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing against an insurer regarding the cancellation of agency agreements fail, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals affirmed Jan. 14 (Matthew B.
