Creditor: Bankrupt Irish Bank Should Not Be Permitted To Sell Property Assets

WILMINGTON, Del. - A creditor in the Chapter 15 bankruptcy of Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd. (IBRC) on Jan. 20 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware objecting to the sale of certain bank assets on grounds that IBRC owes it $27 million and that the motion to sell assets was not entered into "in good faith" (In Re: Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Ltd., No. 13-12159, Chapter 15, D. Del. Bkcy.).
