ATLANTA - A clerk who was fired after three decades of employment with the same company failed to show that she was the subject of race or age discrimination or retaliation, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Feb. 7, upholding the trial court's decision (Jo-ann Marcelle Brooks v. CSX Transportation, Inc., No. 13-12048, 11th Cir.; 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 2307).
