NEW ORLEANS - A Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Feb. 10 upheld the denial of a former university professor's claims that he was improperly fired after being caught viewing pornography at work (Ronald Ayers v. Board of Regents University of Texas System, et al., No. 12-51166, 5th Cir.; 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 2485).
