WILMINGTON, Del. - The Unofficial Noteholder Committee (the noteholder committee) in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Exide Technologies on Feb. 11 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware objecting to the application of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the creditors committee) seeking authorization to employ an economic consultant to conduct an investigation into alleged price fixing related to the purchase of lead used in batteries made by the debtor (In Re: Exide Technologies, No. 13-11482, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
