NEW YORK - No coverage is owed to an insured seeking coverage for underlying environmental pollution claims related to one of the insured's facilities in New York because the policies' pollution exclusions bar coverage, a New York federal judge said Feb. 27 (Travelers Indemnity Co., et al. v.
